We now offer lease up services for people who like to manage their own properties.
Our services include advertising on multiple websites with extensive photos, showing properties to interested parties, screening of potential tenants, move tenants in and collect move in funds, provide a a client with a fully executed lease and paperwork to complete a landlord file.
In addition to leasing homes, we offer lease renewals with walk thoughs and provide landlords with photos and a revised lease.
Our move out services include a walk through with a tenant, move out sheet and photos of the condition of the property, collection of keys, fobs, remotes and personal items included in the lease.
